Welcome to the Sundowner Motel & Cabin Park! We’re Whyalla’s accommodation specialists, with something for every budget. For short- or long-term stays, Eyre Peninsula holidays or Whyalla work contracts, we’ve got you covered.
We’re the perfect pit stop on your way to Port Lincoln, Streaky Bay, Ceduna or Port Augusta. Located off the Lincoln Highway, we’re just three minutes from the Whyalla Airport by car, and a short walk to the town centre.
Our cabins and motel rooms are fully furnished, with lounge and dining areas for you to spread out in, and modern kitchen facilities. There’s also a coin-operated laundry onsite for added convenience, and ample parking with room for your boat, trailer or caravan.

The Sundowner Cabin Park offers 72 self-contained cabins, including 55 spacious two-bedroom cabins that are fully furnished, featuring modern kitchen facilities with a full-size fridge, stove, lounge, and dining area.
Motel Rooms
The Sundowner Motel offers 37 well-appointed, modern ground-floor units set within beautifully landscaped surrounds. There is ample parking available for boats, trailers, or caravans.
