ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

CHECK IN:
From Monday to Friday, check-in is open between 2:00pm and 5:30pm.
On Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, check-in is between 2:00pm and 4:30pm.
Please note that our office is closed on Good Friday or Christmas Day.
We have a 24-hour self-service check-in kiosk at the front of the office that is available for use after hours, but guests must advise Reception of any late arrivals so appropriate key and check-in arrangements can be made.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Keys are to be returned to the Sundowner Motel & Cabin Park Office.
If the office is unattended, please place the keys in the key return box.
There are strictly no keys to be left in cabins.

PAYMENT:
Full payment is due on the day of arrival, before the close of business.
Our team may charge your supplied card from 10:00am.

BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Smoking
Strictly no smoking is permitted inside any property.
If this rule is not adhered to, additional charges of up to $300 may be applied.

2. Pets
Pets are permitted in select pet-friendly cabins ONLY. At the time of booking, guests must advise Reception if they would like to book a pet-friendly cabin. If you arrive with pets and haven’t booked a pet-friendly option, we may not be able to fulfill your reservation.

3. Disturbance
Loud noise, disturbing neighbours and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of booking and request to vacate the premises.

4. Damages
Costs will be chargeable to the occupant for breakage of any items on the property, including damages to: fixtures; fittings; furnishings; walls; carpets; soft furnishings; inventory; etc.

5. General Cleanliness, Rubbish & Dishes
Please ensure all efforts are made to maintain the condition of the accommodation. Rubbish bins are provided and it is the occupants’ responsibility to place any refuse in the outside bins. The occupants are also responsible for the cleaning of dishes.

6. Lost Property
Unopened food will be donated the day after guests’ departure. Opened food will be disposed of.
We have limited ability to store and hold lost property. Therefore, any other items will be disposed of within 14 days from guests’ departure.
The Sundowner Motel & Cabin Park accepts no responsibility for items lost or left in cabins.

RMS TERMS: ‘Room Management System’ – the Online Booking Engine

  1. Cancellation penalties depend on Accommodation Provider policies. An administration charge (defined on the booking form) applies to all booking changes and cancellations.
  2. RMSOnline sells Accommodation Provider accommodation from an inventory supplied by each Accommodation Provider, and does not over-sell that inventory. RMSOnline does not accept any liability for the unavailability of rooms caused by the Accommodation Provider over-selling their own room inventory.
  3. The customer will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo Identification (ID).
  4. RMSOnline makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, RMSOnline cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
  5. RMSOnline does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
  6. RMSOnline does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
  7. RMSOnline makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.
  8. RMSOnline offers are not commissionable to registered travel agents.
  9. RMSOnline receives a payment from the Accommodation Provider for the provision of the RMSOnline booking service.
  10. You must be at least 18 years of age to book Accommodation on RMSOnline.
  11. These terms do not affect Australian consumers’ statutory rights.
  12. Customer acknowledges that a third party (‘card authoriser’) will process the credit card transactions required in respect of a booking. Customer agrees that RMSOnline is not liable for default by the card authoriser.
  13. Customer acknowledges that payment for the cost of accommodation will be held by RMSOnline on behalf of the Accommodation Provider and remitted to the property on terms agreed between RMSOnline and the Accommodation Provider.
  14. Customer agrees to pay to RMSOnline by debit to customer’s credit card account the specific booking fee & cost of the accommodation. All fees are GST inclusive. RMSOnline will issue the customer with a valid tax invoice in respect of this booking service.
  15. Bookings made through RMSOnline by the customer are made on behalf of the Accommodation Provider. Customer agrees that Accommodation Provider has sole responsibility for delivery of the services being booked by the customer and that RMSOnline is not liable for default by the Accommodation Provider.
  16. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the Accommodation Provider and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by RMSOnline.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Early Departure & Deposits are explained below.

CANCELLATION:
Bookings are confirmed and finalised once a valid Credit Card is supplied to SCTP.
• Cancellations accepted up to (2) Two Business Days Prior to Day of Arrival at no charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of Day of Departure will incur the penalty of (2) Two Standard Tariff Rate @ 2 nights.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
• If a customer chooses depart the accommodation early, no refund is available.

DEPOSITS:
• No deposits or pre-payment is required. If making an online booking, please Refer to the Online Booking Channel – Requirements may vary.
• Booking(s) is confirmed only on the supply of a valid Credit Card. This includes prepaid bookings.


WEEKLY BOOKINGS DETAILS


CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations will be accepted up to (1) One Week Prior to the Day/Date of Arrival at no penalty.
• If less than (1) one week’s notice to cancel a booking and the cabin/s are re-booked to a new arrival date within two weeks of original arrival date – no penalty will apply.
• If a booking is cancelled with less than 1 weeks’ notice, prior to arrival date and not re-booked a penalty of (1) one week will be applied at the applicable daily rate.

EARLY DEPARTURE
• In the event a booking departs earlier than the booked date and a weekly invoice has been raised no refund on that invoice will be applicable.
• If early departure is advised with up to (1) One Week notice, no penalty will be applicable.
• If less than (1) one weeks’ notice has been given, then there is a cancellation fee of (1) one week.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings over 4 Cabins are considered a Group Booking. Clients with Group Bookings should contact the Manager to confirm a specific agreement for their booking.
The standard policy will apply unless an agreement is reached before the booking is confirmed.
